    How long we keep information

    New business enquiries: for 12 months after the last contact (or longer with consent) - to enable re-engagement with prospects who come back to progress an initial enquiry. Existing clients: Until the end of a contract to supply products and/or services plus 6 years from the end of the tax year in which the contracts and/or services cease to be provided. This is to ensure compliance with Taxes Management Act 1970 where it is necessary to retain financial transaction receipts and invoices that may include client data.
